Leora Lawson is an experienced trial lawyer and a native of Nova Scotia. She has represented clients charged with offences under the Criminal Code of Canada, Controlled Drug and Substances Act, and Motor Vehicle Act.

Leora Lawson received her Juris Doctor from Schulich School of Law in 2011 and is a practicing member in good standing of the Nova Scotia Barristers’ Society. After having both Clerked during law school and Articled with Singleton & Associates prior to becoming associated with the Firm in practice, Leora has began her career already having received significant experience in all areas of criminal law.

Being charged with a criminal offence is not a conviction. In law you are always presumed innocent. Leora understands that good people can make mistakes or may find themselves charged with charges to which they are not guilty.
